June-July exchange entry for :iconexchangejam: - I was so happy that I got Wispy! My words were 'Laughing' and 'Teal'

I've always kinda adored =wispywaffle's Wispy from a distance :3 Now I had an excuse to draw her! I'm afraid I went a little ahead of myself with the background and silly little details (they took up a lot more time then I thought they would) so I'm really glad I got it done in time

Also, my photoshop decided to self destruct after finishing the background for the first time, and not saving either . Luckily dear old =Rusty002 salvaged the rocks for me and pimped em' up while she was at it. Love ya girl!

Ahaha wyv this looks so awesme i lOVE LOVE LOVE how you did the water, like seriously, it looks just so epic. And the character is just so preeeteeeteetttyyyyyyyyy and the water and the splashes and the water and the fishes and her face and the background and the colours and the pose and just everything
